Three things, then you're done
Two accounts in your name and one setting on GoDaddy. About 20 minutes total, and we do them together on a screenshare so you never have to guess. Everything else is on us.
1. Mailbox account scaledmail.com, about 7 minutes, your card
- Go to
scaledmail.comand sign up withmcasey@nelswest.com(or whichever address should receive the invoices). - Add the company card under billing.
- Either add
maksym@maxionlabs.comas a team member if the account offers it, or share the login with Max on the call. Max places the mailbox order from here, you approve nothing further.
Order placed by Max: 4 domains, 4 mailboxes each, named after the reps. Billed to this account at $3.50 per mailbox per month.
2. Warm-up account emailpond.com, about 5 minutes, your card
- Go to
emailpond.comand sign up with the same address. - Pick the Starter plan ($49/month, covers all 16 mailboxes) and add the company card.
- Same as above: add Max as a team member or share the login on the call. Max connects the mailboxes and runs the warm-up.
3. Nameservers on GoDaddy about 5 minutes, same two values for all four domains
Once the mailbox order exists, Max sends you two nameserver addresses. For each of the four domains:
- GoDaddy → My Products → the domain → DNS
- Scroll to Nameservers, click Change, choose Enter my own nameservers (advanced).
- Paste the two values Max sent, replacing what is there. Save. GoDaddy may ask you to confirm by email.
- Repeat for
amertrans-logistics.com,amertranslogisticsinc.com,amertranslogisticsgroup.com,amertranslogisticsusa.com.
This only changes where the domains' email settings are managed. Nothing about your main amertranslogistics.com is touched.
After that, nothing everything below is Max
Mailboxes created and named, DNS and authentication set, warm-up started, reps connected to HubSpot on a two-minute screenshare each, and a written summary at the end. You get an email when each domain is live.
